Hashtag #NoBraDay

October is the Breast Cancer Awareness Month aka Pinktober and October 13, 2013 is No Bra Day?

#NoBraDay?

#NoBraDay Yung gusto nating isabay ang no panty day.

#NoBraDay Yung support na support daw ang mga malalandi.

#NoBraDay Yung utong na lang yung lumalabas sa isipan natin.

Yung totoo?! Yan na ba sinasabi ko sa inyo eh! Puro nalang tayo kamanyakan!

Support the fight against breast cancer. Or are you going to participate in this social networking Meme holiday, No Bra Day? #NoPantyDay #Pinktober # BreastCancerAwarenessMonth

The Blind Auditions - The Voice Philippines

THE VOICE PHILIPPINES
Soon on ABS-CBN

Hosted by Toni Gonzaga with Robi Domingo

Coaches: Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo Manalac, Lea Salonga and Apl De Ap

APL DE AP for THE VOICE Philippines

The Voice of the Philippines - Blind Auditions

About The Voice

The Voice is a unique singing competition where auditions are based solely on vocal ability. In the first stage called the "blind auditions," all four coaches must listen to the artist without facing him or her and must press their respective buttons if they want the artist to be part of the team they will mentor. Hitting the button will also trigger the coach's chairs to swivel so that the coach can finally see the face behind the voice.

The coaches get to choose the contestants to form their respective teams. They will then dedicate themselves to develop their singers via mentoring and will pit two of their own team members in the second round called the "battle rounds."

In the end, each coach will have one star artist left to compete against the other team's finalists and the last one standing will be named "The Voice of the Philippines."

Unlike other ABS-CBN-produced talent shows such as Pilipinas Got Talent and The X Factor Philippines, contestants of "The Voice of the Philippines" can make it through the different rounds mostly because of their vocal ability.

Let the voice of the Philippines be heard! For audition details like the show's official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/TheVoiceABSCBN or follow @TheVoiceABSCBN on Twitter.

2012 Yearend Roundup Marathon: Top Trending News Stories

There are a lot of things that happened this year that left a mark. Here’s my top picks countdown:

10. The impeachment of Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona who was been convicted and removed from office; a one of a kind in the Philippine history. And yeah, the hospital arrest of former president Gloria Arroyo. Also, the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro between the Philippine Government and Moro Islamic Liberation Front. And of course, the ending of the world on December 21, 2012.

9. Major calamities that injured the Philippines. An earthquake with a magnitude of around 6.9 in Negros and Cebu and a thousand aftershocks in a month. People thought there would be a tsunami. And after days and/or weeks, there were even scattered non-related quakes in the country like the magnitude 7.9 undersea quake in eartern Philippines which caused landslides, damage on buildings and highways. And the Typhoon Pablo with International name Bopha hits Southern Philippines with major damages at Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental which killed a thousand people with a thousand homeless.

8. The Philippines was shocked about the illness and the death of the King of Comedy Dolphy and the plane accident of DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo.

7. Another Filipino act, Jessica Sanchez won as runnerup on the American Idol Season 11. And also Binibining Pilipinas-Universe Janine Tugonon was hailed Miss Universe 2012 1st runner-up.

6. The third party syndrome in Philippine TV and movies. After the hit of No Other Woman came The Mistress and A Secret Affair with third party themed television series like Temptation of a Wife, Two Wives and many more others which makes mistresses famous these days.

5. The canonization of the second Filipino saint, Pedro Calungsod at the Vatican City. And the tagged as "A Wedding Like No Other" by nuptials Carmina Villaruel and Zoren Legaspi.

4. The defeat of the Pound for pound King Pacman against Bradley in the controversial split decision and his sensational knockout against Marquez in their fourth fight. But The Filipino Flash knocked-out Arce which uplifts our boxing pride and is ESPN's Boxer of the Year.

3. The Cybercrime Prevention Act was put into law with netizens expressing their protests and Anonymous Philippines hacking government websites.

2. #Sottocopy and #Sinotto buzzed Twitter trending topics for Tito Sotto's plagiarism act during a speech on RH Bill issue. Also, the #Amalayer hashtag on Paula Salvosa vs. LRT guard incident goes viral with parodies.

1. Korean rapper Psy’s Gangnam Style became a nationwide dance craze uplifting the Korean pop music around the globe which also hit a billion views in youtube over Carly Rae Jepsen's Call Me Maybe which was the much-parodied single this year.
